SPA Office Management

This form is used to request help with anything included with office management. This includes, but is not limited to, new business cards, access to the building, facility/room reservation, key request, office supplies, e.t.c.

Meeting Room Reservations

This form is used to request the use of the following rooms for meetings:

  • Lawrence Street Building, Room 440E, Conference Room
  • Lawrence Street Building, Room 450, Classroom
  • Lawrence Street Building, Room 500, Classroom
  • Lawrence Street Building, Room 525A DeLeon, Conference Room
  • Lawrence Street Building, Room 525X, Conference Room

If you need a room for an event, please submit a request using the SPA Events Form. 

Please note that department proprietary space is very limited and not always viewable in the EMS rooming system. We will do our best to find a space on your date/time but please note that it may not always be possible, especially for reoccurring events. If a space is unavailable at your requested time, you will be notified to coordinate an alternative space.

We encourage you to submit your room request 3-5 business days in advance to allow enough time to secure an available space and schedule any needed IT support. Last minute requests are considered based on rooming availability.
