Join us for a special presentation by Dr. Brad Gronke on March 14, 2024, for March Ethics Month. Two hours of Ethics CE from CO, WY, and TX.
During this interactive and engaging presentation, the audience will be taken to an ethical launchpad where people are placed first. Where we are taught to lead human beings ethically rather than humans doing tasks that could be done by automation. Through our CARE model of Compassion, Advocacy, and Recovery attendees will have new insights as well as ethically actionable tools. Participants will be able to navigate the ethical integration of today’s emerging tools such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) with heart counts rather than head counts. When the self develops in an ethical way, the entire organization improves too!
About the Speaker:
Dr. Brad helps prepare people for what’s possible through inclusive engagement. He serves in Learning and Development for Gallagher Bassett. He is an outcomes-driven, influential leader, and public speaker with more than two decades of experience. Dr. Brad’s organization, Ignite P3, was created to provide educational consulting, including keynotes on leadership and inclusion. He also serves as faculty at Benedictine University. Dr. Brad has been a member of Inclusion Committee’s for the CPCU Society, CLM, RISE, Dive In, and Gallagher Bassett. He continues to make a global impact as a member of the Leadership Council for the CPCU Society in 2024.
Dr. Brad has been licensed as an emergency medical technician since 1999 and served as a law enforcement officer for twelve years. He has ridden motorcycles, horses, and jumped out of a perfectly good airplane yet his greatest adventure was losing 165 pounds over five years. Dr. Brad has earned many professional designations and degrees including a Master of Science in social justice, a Master of Business Administration in organizational behavior, as well as a Doctor of Education in leadership. He is a continually published author and presents to 1,000’s every year. He lives in the Chicago area.
