NOTE: The Equity Grant will only cover a certain number of items. Items covered are two suits (Suit includes jacket, pants and/or skirt, dress shirt and/or blouse, and neck tie or bow-tie); or three dress shirts and/or blouses, three dress pants and/or skirts, two sweaters and/or cardigans, three neck ties and/or bow ties, two belts, and four pairs of dress socks; 2 pairs of dress shoes.*
