ICB Denver Fall 2021

Please complete this form if you are an ICB student currently studying at CAU campus, and you plan to transfer to the CU Denver campus in Fall 2021.

To complete this form, you must have a digital copy of your passport and a financial/bank statement in the minimum amount of $46,854 USD (about 310,000 RMB).

If the bank statement is listed in another person's name (such as your mother, father, or another relative/friend), then you must also complete the Financial Commitment Form.

Please have all these documents ready to upload.
