Overnight Travel Form

Any travel that requires lodging for an overnight stay or rental vehicles for transportation must have a request submitted to the Competitive Sports Coordinator at least 14 DAYS in advance.
Finalized travel rosters for ANY trip (day or overnight) are due at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not have your travel roster in full/finalized by the time you fill out this form to get overnight travel authorization, fill out as much as possible and send a finalized roster to Angie (angelica.adame@ucdenver.edu) at least 24 hours in advance.
REMINDER: All travel costs are out of pocket EXCEPT for hotel reservations and registration costs (if any.) Gas, flights, food, Airbnb rentals, etc. are all expenses individual members will incur.
If you are in need of a hotel reservation for your trip, the Club Sports office will reach out to you to confirm the details. If you need to register for an event, please send an email to Angie with the registration details, so she can work with the Business Manager to get the team registered.
