The Academic Improvement Plan (AIP) process is both goal-centered and student-ownership based. This document will ask you to reflect on and evaluate your current habits and overall engagement and outline a plan for success.

Please set aside sufficient time to complete all sections thoroughly. There are no “right” answers; the information you provide will help you identify and understand your strengths and areas of growth.

Learning Objectives include:

  • Develop academic and personal goals,
  • Increase awareness of available resources and how to access them, and
  • Discuss any prospects, goals, and/or personal issues that may be impeding success.
